Cooperation between CRTEAN & ERATOSHENES CENTRE of EXCELLENCECyprus

A delegation of academic experts from ERATOSTHENES CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE IN Cyprus, led by Dr. Kyriacos Themistocleous , visited today Wednesday Feb. 28, 2024 the headquarters of the Regional Center for Remote Sensing of North Africa States. The Director-General of the center, Dr. El Hadi Gashou, received them. They were given an overview of the center, its establishment, operational methods, projects, targeted training areas, and the objectives set for the year. The Cypriot side also provided a general introduction to their institution, the areas they operate in, and the goals of their visit to Tunisia.Then, opinions were exchanged regarding future cooperation between the two parties and the important areas that would benefit the member countries.Furthermore, a memorandum of understanding will be signed between the two parties in the near future as a framework for future cooperation
