This morning, December 12, 2023, via audio-visual communication (Zoom), the regional training workshop on “Open Source Applications in Land Administration and Tenure Security” organized by the North African Regional Center for Remote Sensing in cooperation with the Estidama Center in Sudan which will continue for three days. (24) researchers and specialists from Tunisia, Libya and Sudan participated in it. The workshop topics on which theoretical and practical training will be conducted include:
* The importance of automating spatial information for secure ownership.
* Different types of software used in spatial information.
* QGIS program and its uses.
* Kobo Toolbox and its uses
